Following are the graphics specifications for ads for the Colorado Leather Fest Run Book and website. Graphics that do not conform to these specifications will not be accepted and the Sponsor or Vendor will be contacted to discuss resubmitting their graphics in an approved format.
We have provided samples for each graphic type that you can use as a starting point. Click on the thumbnail below to bring up the full size image; it will open in a new browser window or tab. Right click on the image and save the file to your hard drive.
We no longer require Sponsors and Vendors to submit banners. Each Sponsor or Vendor will be displayed on a badge graphic.
If you have space on your Run Book ad, consider including a QR code! This is a graphic that can be scanned with a smartphone or tablet to launch your website on the device. There are free QR Code generators on the Web (just google it) where you can enter your website address and download the QR Code graphic.

Vendors and Sponsors may provide a link to their website, and are encouraged to do so.
In past events we have received ads with website links for FetLife profiles or groups, or for Facebook pages. This is fine, as long as you keep in mind that not everyone is on FetLife or Facebook. If your only link is a FetLife or Facebook page, you will lose anyone who does not have an account.
Ads are printed in the Run Book and displayed on the CLF website. Placement of ads is based on the Sponsorship level, and/or at the discretion of the CLF Director.
If you do not provide an ad graphic by the deadline for Run Book content (February 10, 2017) we will use your Sponsor or Vendor badge.
