Refund Policy

Colorado Leather Fest reserves the right to refuse any membership or event attendance for any reason at its sole discretion. If your membership or event attendance is refused prior to the event, payment will be refunded in full.

All eligible refunds are at the discretion of the Executive Director. Refunds will be via PayPal or Check. Check refunds will be mailed to the address listed on the registration record of the person who paid. All refunds will incur a 10% processing fee in addition to the fees listed below.

Please email Director@coloradoleatherfest.com for refund processing instructions. Include in the request the legal name(s) under which you registered.

  • For requests received on or before March 1, 2018: A 100% refund of all fees less a $25 administrative fee
  • For requests received between March 1, 2018 and April 1, 2018: A 50% refund of all fees less a $25 administrative fee
  • No refunds will be given after April 1, 2018 for any reason

Colorado Leather Fest cannot be responsible for illness, acts of nature, transportation mishaps, or other events that may preclude your attendance at the event.
