Refund Policy

Colorado Leather Fest reserves the right to refuse any membership or event attendance for any reason at its sole discretion. If your membership or event attendance is refused prior to the event, payment will be refunded in full.

All eligible refunds are at the discretion of the Executive Director. Refunds will be processed by our payment  service and may take 2 to 5 business days to show up on your bank statement. All refunds will incur a 10% processing fee.

Please email Director@coloradoleatherfest.com for refund processing instructions. Include in the request the legal name(s) under which you registered.

  • For requests received on or before March 1, 2019: A 100% refund of all fees less a 10% processing fee
  • For requests received between March 1, 2019 and April 1, 2019: A 50% refund of all fees less a 10% processing fee
  • No refunds will be given after April 1, 2019 for any reason

Colorado Leather Fest cannot be responsible for illness, acts of nature, transportation mishaps, or other events that may preclude your attendance at the event.
